What we collect
The contact form collects your name, work email, company, and the description of what you need. It also records the language of the page, the URL you came from, the referring site, and any campaign parameters in the link — so we know which conversation this request belongs to.
What we use it for
Only to review your request and reply to it. We do not add you to marketing campaigns from this form. If we ever want to send you something else, we will ask you separately and you will be able to say no.
Where it is stored
In Brevo, the platform we use to manage contacts and send email. Your request travels from our server to Brevo over an encrypted connection. Seika does not sell or trade this information.
Who can see it
The Seika team members involved in answering you. No one else.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation is alive and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case it resumes. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
How to have it deleted
Write to henry@seika.ai asking for your data to be deleted. We will remove it and confirm.
